LOVE HATE EXPERIENCE

"Democracy straight leg jeans are one of my favorite, and I have recommended to others. My size is 8 petite and they fit perfectly. I have several colors. But, I hate the whiskering as it does not fit in numerous social settings so I buy other jeans. I, also, hate that I can’t wear them to church as we do wear casual but dressy tops. Other brands are purchased for times the whiskered jean isn’t appropriate. I hate I am purchasing less as they really are most comfortable. My age is 40-45 in social activities."

ALMOST PERFECT

"Love your jeans but one negative sticks out. The whiskers on the jeans…. big NO. I wear jeans to various functions including church, Informal dinners, and informal luncheons and would love if you made these without the whiskers/fading. I have been purchasing a Liverpool style instead. Democracy jeans are comfortable and that one flaw in them is the only negative I have. Wish your black and dark indigo were plain with no fading lines."

"I have been buying jeans from Democracy since I discovered them several years ago. They are the best-fitting jeans I have ever owned and all the styles are consistent. I have one question/suggestion regarding your black denim straight leg jeans - why can’t you produce a pair without the “wiskering”? These jeans could be worn for different occasions, however after a few washings, inside out and in cold water, they become faded and definitely look like casual jeans. It would be nice to have “dress jeans” for many functions. Still, a highly satisfied customer!!"
