Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holiday), will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PT will begin processing the following business day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after card authorization.
While we strive to do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot guarantee delivery and are unable to be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please keep in mind that from time to time we will get back-logged during holiday time periods and sale time periods, and during this time order processing could take longer than our standard processing time. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been submitted, your credit card will be authorized, and you will be charged for all items including shipping costs. Upon submitting your completed order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order.
Shipping & Processing Time
If domestic orders are placed before 12pm PST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), our warehouse will begin processing domestic orders the same day. For domestic orders placed after 12pm PST, we will begin processing the next business day. We process all domestic orders within 1 to 2 business days after credit card verification.

Shipment Payment Authorization
As you submit your order your credit card will be charged for all items and shipment costs and an email notification will be sent.
We cannot deliver to a PO Box , FPO, APO or DPO addresses and shipping options are not available. Please provide a valid complete street address upon placing your order.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
For delivery to Alaska + Hawaii, our only available option for Standard Shipping is 2-Day Priority to ensure deliverability and shipping cost will reflect standard shipping cost.
International Shipping
For deliveries outside the United States of America, Democracy currently ships to 116 countries with DHL Express Worldwide. We process international orders 1-2 times a week. Shipping time and shipping cost for international orders will vary depending on the region and rate selected. Shipping time is not guaranteed, and delays can be expected.
Holidays
Democracy Clothing and its carriers will not be shipping orders on the following holidays:

Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, the order will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
