"I really like these shorts. I purchased a petite 10, they fit like a glove. I really like the modest length. The color is great. I’m more of an Apple shape. I have a thick waist and thin legs. The elastic waist helps,not perfect, but it helps. The front panel tames my mom belly somewhat. The leg opening is great, not huge like some shorts. The denim is a good weight, heavy enough to give support but not to hot for the summer. I live in Texas it’s real hot here. What else? Oh,yes. I have bought a dozen pairs of jeans and shorts from democracy. Love the brand. I have kept some as long as 5-6 years. Shipping is quick enough usually about 5 days for me.
