"I am a size 10 regular or petite in every other Democracy jean I have tried. Unfortunately I washed them so I can't return them. They are definitely a full size too big. For reference, I am curvy so this is usually not a problem. The cut is definitely designed to be looser (which I want) but all areas are about an inch too large. I just ordered the 8 petite and will review after."
