Extended Return Policy

Domestic orders placed from October 1, 2025 to December 10, 2025 are eligible for returns until January 12th, 2026. We accept the exchange or return of products purchased online through democracyclothing.com within 30 days of purchase, with exception to orders placed from October 1, 2025 to December 10, 2025.

The return shipping cost will then be calculated when beginning the process of your return. Our system will calculate the cost based on the shipping location and the maximum fee is $7.95 USD. Per policy, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be taken from your refund amount. *Please note: International orders are final sale and cannot be returned without exceptions.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12pm PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holiday), will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PT will begin processing the following business day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after card authorization.

While we strive to do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot guarantee delivery and are unable to be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Please keep in mind that from time to time we will get back-logged during holiday time periods and sale time periods, and during this time order processing could take longer than our standard processing time. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been submitted, your credit card will be authorized, and you will be charged for all items including shipping costs. Upon submitting your completed order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

For delivery to Alaska + Hawaii, our only available option for Standard Shipping is 2-Day Priority to ensure deliverability and shipping cost will reflect standard shipping cost.

International Shipping

The purchase of E-Gift Cards and Add-on Donations are not available for international orders. Returns/Exchanges are also unavailable for international orders.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders with a subtotal of $100 USD and over! For orders with a subtotal exceeding $200 USD and over, we will upgrade your Free Standard Shipping to Free 2-Day Priority Shipping. If you’re a Loyalty Rewards Member, you automatically qualify for Free Standard Shipping (with no cart minimum) once you’ve achieved the following tiers: Embrace, Enhance, and Elevate. *Free shipping offer is only available for orders shipping within the U.S. and orders shipping internationally are ineligible for free shipping.

Delivery Policy:

If you refuse delivery of your order, the order will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax from your original payment. Once your return has been received and processed at our Returns Center, your refund will then be issued. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Holidays:
