"This is a beautiful top with one problem. The elastic in the lower sleeve is too loose and the sleeve just hangs loosely on the lower arm. This style sleeve is supposed to be pushed up on the lower arm so that the sleeve blouses. As a seamstress, I was able to replace the elastic and make it work. Otherwise this problem would have been a deal breaker for me."
