Fit smaller than colored jeans
"Check the size before you order! I absolutely love the fit and snugness and comfortableness of Absolution straight leg colored jeans and was very excited to order the corduroys. However, I think because of the type of fabric that corduroy is, these are too tight and I would need a different size I giuess."

"I do love these corduroy pants. I’m 5’1” with a 37” waist and 44” hips. My inseam is 30”. I bought the color gig jam which is an appropriate name for the color. They are more fig/plum than they look in the photo, which appears more rust colored. I would have been happy either way. Like most Deocracy pants these loosen as you wear them, don’t feel too discouraged if they’re a little snug when you put them on. I’d be more concerned if these were loose upon first putting on because then they’d become baggy. I would buy these in several colors if my budget allowed it."

Q&A
- Is there much shrinkage when washing democracy Corduroy pants? I recently tried on a pair of democracy corduroy in my usual democracy Jean pant size and it felt a little bigger/looser than normal. If they shrink like most corduroy do, it might be perfect. If there is no shrinkage I might have to go down a size.
